In these roles, you will be operating within a bustling practice that hosts 2-3 clinics daily, dispensing high-end frames and lenses to our valued patients. As a Practice, we are at the forefront of various local schemes including MECS, HCQ Screening, and CGN Screening, we receive numerous hospital referrals, particularly for young children, and are developing our focus on Myopia Management and Dry Eye Clinics.

About the Dispensing Optician Role

You will help manage and direct dispensing operations in order to maximise sales and minimise costs and achieve/exceed profit related targets. You will provide a complete professional dispensing service at all times and be ready to develop the knowledge of other team members in dispensing practice. We offer comprehensive benefits, including coverage of your GOC and ABDO fees, a generous holiday allowance, and a competitive salary ranging from £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. The role is ideally full-time (with possibility to work Saturdays), with usual working hours from 08.45 - 17.45.

About the Optical Assistant Role

About the Optical Assistant Role
Alongside assisting in the dispensing of spectacle frames and lenses, frames adjustments and repairs, you will also support on general reception and administration duties, as well as pre-examination screening. The role is full-time (including Saturdays), and your usual working hours would be from 08.45 - 17.45. We offer comprehensive benefits, a generous holiday allowance, and a competitive salary ranging from £18,000 - £24,000 per annum, depending on experience.
