To become shortlisted for this prestigious award, patients nominated Dr Pinney for his work, care and dedication to the profession. The judges of experts from the optical world whittled down the nominations to just 3 in this category and voting opened today. The judges were in unanimous agreement that the calibre of nominations was extremely high this year and that picking a shortlist was extremely difficult.
